For all schemes, employees are only allowed to generate one voucher of each kind every two years. The exception is Friends & Family which employees can redeem three per year. Safety vouchers can not be downloaded online but company representatives can request them online to be sent by post.

Online Scheme

This scheme allows your company employees to join the Tesco Corporate Eyecare Scheme online to generate their own vouchers as PDFs. They can then be downloaded and redeemed in store.

Email Line Manager

This scheme allows employees to create an online account to request vouchers. Requested vouchers will be sent to the employees' line manager. They can then be downloaded and redeemed in store.

Email Key Contact

This scheme allows employees to create an online account to request vouchers. Requested vouchers will be sent to the employer's key contact. They can then be downloaded and redeemed in store.

Apply for offline scheme

This scheme allows employers to fill in a form to request hard copies of vouchers to be sent by post. These can then be distributed to staff and redeemed in store. (If you want to use this process you don't need to complete this form. Simply download the PDF using the link on the left.)
