Terms and Conditions

The employer is liable to account to Tesco for the value of the voucher upon its redemption in store.
Vouchers can be redeemed at any Tesco Optician in the UK.
Redeemed vouchers will be invoiced to the employer once a month by Galaxy Optical Services Ltd on behalf of Tesco.
Payment must be received within 30 days of date of invoice.
The employer is responsible for ensuring that the employee name, employee number, authoriser name, authoriser signature and date are completed on the voucher otherwise Tesco is not obliged to accept the voucher or offer any discount to the voucher presenter.
Vouchers are only valid for redemption in a Tesco store 56 days from the authorisation date.

6-month supply of contact lenses is 180 pairs of daily disposable lenses or 12 pairs of 2-weekly disposable lenses or 6-pairs of monthly disposable lenses.
