All prescription glasses need to be collected from your selected Tesco Opticians store in person. Please bring a copy of your original prescription when collecting your glasses, contact details of your optician and any other details that confirm that you are eligible to purchase the glasses you have ordered.
Your glasses may take up to a maximum of 30 days to arrive in store, however in most circumstances they will be there much sooner, usually within 7 to 14 days. You will be notified by email when they are available for collection. If you have not been notified that your glasses have arrived within 30 days then please contact us by emailing
help@tescoopticians.com or by calling the Customer Services Centre on 0345 601 3479.
Opening times for the Customer Services Centre are:
Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm
Saturday - 9am to 5pm
Sunday - 10am to 4pm
